The Declaration of CARKASSING
Before you read on please have a look at The Code of the MONO, if you haven't already.
Preamble
We hold these MONOs to be self-CARKASSED, that all MONOs are created equal, that they are endowed by their Woota with certain un-CARKASSABLE rights, that among these are MONO, Woota, and the pursuit of CARKENESS.
Article I
15-B of the 489th subdivision states: All MONOs must be CARKASSED.
Article II
23-H of the 194th subdivision states: One must ALWAYS follow The Code of the MONO.
Article III
762-Y-12 of the 296th subdivision states: All people MUST read, understand, and follow The How to CARKASS a MONO guide.
The Bill of MONOs
I Freedom of CARKASSING.
II Right to bear MONOs.
III MONOs shall NOT be quarted in houses without the owners consent.
IV Protection from unreasonable searching of MONOs.
V No MONO shall be imprisoned, unless it is requested by the MONO under judgment.
VI Right to a Trial by MONO.
VII Right to a Jury MONO.
VIII Excessive MONOs are not required.
IX Protection from MONOs that are not stated in The Declaration of CARKASSING, and its subdivision, The Bill of MONOs
X Rights shall be given to all MONOs!
